SINOMAC high temperature and high pressure composite autoclave is specially developed and produced for the curing polyimide resin system.
The equipment completely solves the technical problem of process stability of all related parts in the high temperature and high pressure environment. Autoclave's design and manufacture, insulation materials and structure, heating system, cooling system, hot air circulation system, pressure system, vacuum device, each sensor installation structure, etc., are in full consideration of high temperature and high pressure environment and optimization design, ensure that series of products are safe and reliable, high efficiency, energy conservation and environmental protection, convenient maintenance, durable, automatic intelligent control, etc.
1. Specially designed pipe ports to reduce heat loss, reduce the temperature of the outer wall and safety.
·There are many pipe interfaces on the autoclave, if special measures are not adopted, these interface parts will form thermal bridges to conduct the heat inside the tank to the tank wall, resulting in high temperature of the tank wall and a large amount of heat loss;
·SINOMAC high-temperature thermo-pressurized tanks have adopted heat-insulating measures for all pipe interfaces to prevent localized high temperature of the tank wall and heat loss.
2. Multiple internal insulation structures and circular hot air circulation system
·Nano spraying + nano aerogel felt + high-density ceramic fiber, excellent thermal insulation performance, energy saving effect is remarkable;
·Elliptical wind guide device + ring air duct structure, airflow is sufficiently smooth, good temperature uniformity;
·The sealing plate is made of stainless steel, crimped seams, large thermal expansion margin, eliminating the phenomenon of high-temperature rivets chipping.
3. Installation of flange cooling for doors, body, and motors
· Ensure all flange forgings operate within the design temperature range
· Extend the service life of the sealing ring
· Reduce heat transfer, especially for motor connection flanges, to ensure stable operation.
4. Vacuum collection and execution system
·The condenser tube with extended design is made of copper material to ensure stable sensor operation and improve service life.
·The outer wall of the vacuum collection pipeline is equipped with bypass water cooling to ensure that high-temperature gas is forcibly cooled in case of vacuum leakage.
·The front valve group, pipeline, and sleeve joints are all designed with temperature and pressure resistance, with a temperature resistance of 450C and a pressure resistance of over 4Mpa.
5. Inlet and exhaust section
·Both automatic proportional valves and manual valves are of high temperature and high pressure type
·All external pipelines are wrapped in ceramic fiber felt and covered with aluminum foil to prevent burning
6. Unique cooler water drainage structure
·Unique U-shaped structure.
·The U-shaped bent end can freely expand and contract, avoiding problem of water drainage weld cracking caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
·During installation, the inlet end is connected with a high-pressure resistant corrugated expansion pipe, with reserved allowance for thermal expansion and contraction.
7. Sleeve sealed electric heating element
·The electric heating element is installed at the rear of the autoclave,connected with a sleeve,easy to disassemble and has reliable sealing performance.
·All wiring connectors are located outside to ensure safety and reliability under high temperature and pressure.
·The electric heating element has surface temperature monitoring and overload protection during operation.
8. Pre-cooling with atomized water
·During pre-cooling, compressed air atomizes the cooling water
·Ensure cooling rate control during the high temperature stage and execute according to the process curve
·Reduce the impact of the cooler at high temperatures and protect its service life

It has the functions as below: login privilege, parts sensor selection, curing curve setup, Calling, Save, Print, Auto-Manual switch, Real-time data monitoring-record-save-print, Alarm, Quality analysis, report forms, etc. The system is kept updating every year to meet the changing requirements.
